Position Summary:

Performs clerical, reception, and administrative duties in a hospital setting under the direction of the nurse manager, physicians, and RN. Responsible for check-in and registration, triaging phone calls and electronic messages, insurance verification, and all check-out duties for patients. Promotes teamwork with all members of the healthcare team and performs duties in a manner consistent with St. Luke’s mission and values.

Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience: Previous experience in a medical office or hospital setting & the ability to perform manual vital signs.
