Legacy Health Insurance in Waconia, Minnesota is looking for a highly motivated Office Manager to keep our dynamic office running smoothly and efficiently!
Location: Waconia, Minnesota (This is an in-office position)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Range: $45-55K depending on qualifications

PTO: 2 weeks paid time off
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Management: Oversee daily office operations, including CRM and filing systems, records management, and document handling.
Facility & Vendor Coordination: Maintain office equipment, order supplies, manage inventory, and coordinate with vendors for maintenance, repairs, and general office needs.
HR & Employee Support: Assist with onboarding, maintain employee records, manage compliance tracking for agents, and support the needs of the sales and customer service departments.
Communication & Scheduling: Serve as the point of contact for incoming communication, route messages appropriately, and coordinate calendars, meetings, and scheduling logistics.
Customer Service Oversight: Provide support and oversight to the customer service team, ensuring timely, accurate client interactions.
Accounting & Budgeting Support: Utilize basic accounting principles to support budgeting, invoicing, and payroll processes.

What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in an office management or administrative leadership role
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and payroll/accounting software
Working knowledge of basic accounting principles and budgeting
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to manage confidential information discreetly
Capable of working independently and prioritizing in a busy, ever-evolving office environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Additional Requirements:
Must be willing and able to obtain a Life & Health insurance license within 6 months of hire
Prior experience in a healthcare or insurance office environment is a plus!
