Looking for a professional, motivated individual who can multi-task in a fast-paced office.

Responsibilities will include answering phones, managing money, and greeting customers. Other responsibilities are helping the Parts Department and Accounting, which includes data entry, and any other office day-to-day tasks to assist management. This job also requires the knowledge of Word, Excel, and QuickBooks online.

Administrative Office Assistant background is preferred. If you are looking for a long term, secure income, and the ability to grow within a company, then this might be the job for you.
