Salary £24,000 – £28,000 per annum, depending on experience

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: Monday 8am – 5pm Friday 8-4 Hybrid working 3 days in the Office and 2 Days at Home

About Us:

We are a leading swimming pool design and build company, delivering high-end residential and commercial projects across the UK. Known for quality, innovation, and attention to detail, we are growing and now looking for an organised, proactive, and personable Office Administrator to support the smooth day-to-day running of our busy office.

The Role:

As our Office Administrator, you’ll play a central role in keeping the business operating efficiently. You’ll support our directors, project managers, and site teams by managing documentation, coordinating communications, and ensuring administrative processes are maintained to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

General office administration including answering phones, emails.

Organising and maintaining digital systems.

Supporting project documentation including contracts, schedules, and reports

Liaising with suppliers, clients, and subcontractors professionally and efficiently

Assisting with ordering, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping tasks

Coordinating diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements

Maintaining records for health & safety, staff training, and equipment

Supporting marketing, HR, and general operational activities as needed

Requirements:

Proven experience in an administrative role (construction or design industry experience desirable but not essential)

Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Confident using Microsoft Office and cloud-based systems (e.g. Zoho, WorkDrive – training can be provided)

Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment

A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to support a growing team
