One of our top Home Health Care clients in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida is hiring for a permanent RN Office Administrator!

The role of theRN Office Administratoris to implement the operational plan and coordinate all functions of the branch location including assisting with nursing visits as needed. The ideal candidate will possess a Registered Nursing license and have Home Health Care management experience.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and evaluate annual Operational and Contact Strategy Plans for the branch location.

Execute marketing activities aligned with goals outlined in Operational and Contact Strategy Plans.

Collaborate with Regional Vice President to create annual budgets, projection models, and manage Profit and Loss (P&L) for the branch.

Implement a marketing strategy to meet corporate objectives in coordination with the Vice President of Business Development.

Analyze the service area for new market targets, specifically private pay client referrals, from various sources such as Assisted Living, Rehab, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Geriatric Care managers, Hospice, and other contracts.

Ensure comprehensive knowledge of Operational Plan, Contact Strategy, Budgets, and Projections among office staff.

Educate and develop skill sets of staff at all levels.

Assist Regional Vice President in negotiating local service contracts and preparing RFP and grant responses.

Monitor compliance with Company policies, procedures, and all applicable regulations, including HIPAA, JCAHO/CAHC standards, and contract requirements.

Contribute as a member of the Regional Quality Improvement (QI) team.

Manage the recruitment, training, evaluation, supervision, and termination of office support staff.

Implement and monitor terms of any Collective Bargaining Agreement affecting the branch location, as directed by the company.

Ensure appropriate in-house staffing levels are maintained.

Be available for emergences during the daily On-Call duties.

Qualifications

Registered Nursing License

A minimum of three years of experience in home care with a Licensed Home Care Service Agency, Certified Home Health Agency, Long Term Home Health Care Program, Hospice Program, or another healthcare provider as defined by state regulations.

Held a position involving administrative, operational, and supervisory responsibilities.

Knowledge of all applicable Federal, State and local laws and regulatory requirements, with JCAHO/CAHC experience preferred.

Bilingual – English/Spanish a plus
