Overview of the Office Administrator Role:
- Serve as the first point of contact for office inquiries in both English and Spanish
- Manage front office operations, including phone, email, and visitor coordination
- Maintain office supplies, records, and organizational systems
- Support internal teams with scheduling, meeting coordination, and general administrative tasks
- Assist with HR onboarding, payroll support, and documentation as needed
- Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and staff in Spanish and English
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ years of office administration or similar experience
- Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Comfortable handling confidential information
