Overview of the Office Administrator Role:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for office inquiries in both English and Spanish
  • Manage front office operations, including phone, email, and visitor coordination
  • Maintain office supplies, records, and organizational systems
  • Support internal teams with scheduling, meeting coordination, and general administrative tasks
  • Assist with HR onboarding, payroll support, and documentation as needed
  • Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and staff in Spanish and English

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of office administration or similar experience
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Comfortable handling confidential information
