Join our team at the Munich Garching office as an Office Administrator, where your efforts are key to keeping our workspace impeccable and our customer service top-notch.

Responsibilities

Accommodates visitors, internal and external clients

Cooperates with other internal departments, such as IT, Security, HR, Financial, etc

Answer questions and address complaints

Acts as point of contact for various office suppliers, such as: post, shipping and mailing companies, office supplies, consumables and equipment, utilities providers, cleaning companies, etc.;

Coordinates conference room bookings and appointments

Record, file and track all outgoing and incoming courier and sort mail

Manages all matters pertaining to office appearance and utilities

Prepares the workplace arrangements for the new employees

Monitors the space occupancy and utilization and coordinates movements or space reconfiguration and reorganization within the office together with the OPR Manager

Conducts the inventory process in the office

Cooperate with OPR Manager on local facility

Issuing keys to employees and visitors • Order office supplies

Maintaining internal RE&F Systems and processing of invoices

Ad hoc duties as required and directed by your line manager

Must have

Organisational Skills, Multitasking, Customer Service, Problem Solving, Communication Skills

Nice to have

previous experience in a similar role, corporate working experience

Languages

German: C1 Advanced

English: C1 Advanced
