Billing and Administrative Assitant.

Primary Roles: Answersing phones and directing phone calls. Processing and entering work orders into our billing system. Sending invoices and bills to customers, and receiving purchase orders and communicating with customers regarding these invoices.

Communicate with team members on anything related to forwarding of phone calls and billing invoices. Communicate with customers when provinding them billing information.

Ability to type, knowledge of basic phone and computer operation are required. Basic knowledge of vehicle system or parts a plus but not required.

Assists sales team with organization and maintenance of annual/semi annual service reports and scheduling.

Summary

As an Administrative and Billing Assistant, you will be integral to maintaining efficient office operations and providing exceptional customer service. Reporting to the Office Manager, your core skills in computer operation, typing, and clerical experience will support daily administrative tasks. Your premium skills in and office management will enhance billing processes and front desk operations. Additionally, your relevant skills in Microsoft Office, data entry, and time management will ensure accurate record-keeping and effective communication. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
