### Office Assistant
#### Duties:
– Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
– Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
– Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
– Perform data entry, manage and update files, and maintain office supplies inventory
– Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
– Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items
– Transcribe meeting minutes and other documents as needed
– Manage calendars and schedule appointments for staff members
– Assist with organizing office events and meetings
#### Skills:
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
– Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
– Proficient computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
– Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
– Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy
– Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
