We are a well-known apparel, accessories, and swimwear developer seeking a receptionist for our Herald Square office. Responsibilities include;

– Act professionally and with discretion, welcoming candidates and clients into the office in a professional and warm manner

– Be able to multitask and have excellent time management skills

– Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls

– Run errands

– Help set up for meetings

– Sending packages / create shipping labels (mainly FedEx and DHL / domestic and international labels)

– Administrative support

– Clerical duties

– Friendly customer service attitude and great communication skills

– Must be organized

We are looking for:

– 2+ years of administrative experience

– The desire to learn and grow within the administrative world, either as an office assistant or executive assistant

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per hour
