Position Overview

The Office Manager will oversee all administrative, operational, and coordination activities for the company’s office in Selangor, Malaysia. This role supports both office operations and manufacturing‑related workflows, requiring strong organizational skills, cross‑department communication, and the ability to work effectively with teams in Malaysia and Greater China.

Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential due to frequent communication with Chinese‑speaking stakeholders, suppliers, and management.

Key Responsibilitie

  • sOffice Administration — Manage daily office operations, facilities, supplies, vendor relationships, and administrative procedures
  • .Manufacturing Coordination — Support production teams with documentation, scheduling, reporting, and communication between office and factory
  • .HR & Recruitment Support — Assist with onboarding, attendance tracking, employee records, and coordination with HR teams
  • .Executive Support — Provide administrative support to senior management, including meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and reporting
  • .Compliance & Documentation — Maintain company documents, SOPs, and compliance records aligned with manufacturing standards
  • .Cross‑Border Communication — Serve as a communication bridge between Malaysia teams and Mandarin‑speaking stakeholders
  • .Process Improvement — Identify opportunities to improve office efficiency, workflow, and administrative systems
  • .Event & Logistics Management — Organize internal meetings, training sessions, and company activities

Qualificatio

  • nsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fiel
  • d.8+ years of experience in office management, administration, or operations, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial compan
  • y.Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows, documentation, and operational processe
  • s.Fluency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) required; Bahasa Malaysia is an advantag
  • e.Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skill
  • s.Proficiency with office software and administrative tool
  • s.Ability to work independently and handle a fast‑paced, dynamic environmen
