Job Description:
- Implement Operational Risk Framework (ORF) and all relevant OR Policy and Procedures including building, improving and maintaining risk awareness across bank.
- Manage the Operational Risk process and ensure the effectiveness of ORF implementation in Bank.
- Support the business and support functions in process mapping, identifying key risk and key control properly and completely.
- Develop/update Policy, Procedures, and DOI related to ORF.
- Plan and execute an assurance plan and prepare the deliverables timely and properly.
- Plan and execute ad-hoc projects as necessary.
Job Requirements:
- Having experience as Operational Risk either in business area or risk management.
- Have good analytical skills in implementing the concept of operational risk management as well as problem solving skills.
- Preference will be given to those who have programming skills or at least able to perform data processing and analysis using Microsoft Excel.
- Have good communication and collaboration skills.
- Having knowledge and experience in digital banking/business
- Having experience in AI Project is a plus
