The Operations Officer is accountable for overseeing the daily operations and the company’s administrative processes. S/He assists the Operations Manager and ensure smooth operations’ workflows.  Collection/Accounts Receivables:

Handles successfully accounts receivables subject to a quarterly quota. Make follow up calls with the Customer as per agreed schedule and ensure to collect payments as per the payment terms. Prepare a daily report on the Collection update/status. Prepare a weekly or quarterly payment forecast. Maintain a record of all issued invoices and ensure to deliver/courier to the Customers or upload in the portals.

Build and maintain Customers database.  Admin / General task/HR:

Handle travel logistics while observing cost, in compliance with company policy Handle visas issuance for new comers/ visas renewals in coordination with the PRO or in relation to business trips Handle all assigned HR Tasks for onboarding and exiting employees – as agreed with HR Dept. General admin tasks as and when required Assist with event management tasks as and when required

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any other related field  Qualifications/Skills   CRM  Experience   At least 7 years of relevant experience  #J-18808-Ljbffr
