About the role

The Administration Officer is the first point of contact for all employees and visitors to Remuneration Services.

The Administration Officer is responsible for triaging phone calls for Remuneration Services & HR Systems, maintaining the Payroll & Salary Packaging Intranet & Workplace sites and performs general clerical and data entry duties for each business unit across Remuneration Services.

The Administration Officer also provides clerical support, where necessary. Clerical tasks may include, but are not restricted to, data entry, word processing, general filing, managing enquiries and other tasks as requested by the Administration Coordinator

About you

To be successful in this role you will possess:
Perform Administration duties for Remuneration Services, acting as first point of contact for employees and visitors.

Triaging of phone calls across Remuneration Services and HR Systems & Reporting Teams

Preparation & sending of emails to stakeholders relating to employment cessation

Prepare all outgoing mail for postage and sort incoming mail

Record and convey messages when appropriate.

Ensure all data is entered onto the system in an accurate and timely manner

Excellent communication and organisational skills
