We have a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on, ultra-organised People Assistant to help deliver the full range of HR support.

The People Assistant will be rolling up their sleeves to complete foundational HR processes, working closely with an experienced, lean People team. You’ll be collaborative, a quick thinker, personable and have a knack for both great process and relationship building – contributing and helping build on Beauty Pie team culture.

  • Proven experience in a People/HR team
  • Experience in a PE/VC business
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in fast paced environments
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Strong numerical and analytics skills
  • Proficient in Google Drive and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Independent and capable 'can-do' attitude towards work
  • The stated experience and background is a guide and does not preclude applications from candidates with more or less experience, provided the requisite skills can be demonstrated.

Job Responsibilities

So, what will you be doing?

  • Onboarding and Offboarding: responsible for all related admin including drafting contracts, liaising with IT for equipment
  • Celebrating Milestones: responsible for admin related to length of service and other milestone awards, birthday cake orders & values award winners
  • HRS System Management: ensuring all people data is accurate and up to date and supporting the management of other employee lifecycle touchpoints such as pay reviews, performance reviews and calibration within the system.
  • PO Management: Raising purchase orders for contractors and other people related costs
  • Learning & Development: responsible for admin related to both internal and external training
  • Social: supporting with our social activities and Company comms
  • Payroll & Benefits: supporting with administration related to payroll and our benefits
  • Support the Senior People Partner with implementation and delivery of key People projects
