We are looking for an immediately available PA to support the 2 VPS of contents sales for an entertainment company for a temporary contract. Based in their creative office space in London, you will provide vital assistant to 2 busy VPs.
Key responsibilities:
Managing hectic diaries
Arranging travel
Manage meetings
Managing all correspondence
Managing some personal appointments and dinner reservations.
Requirements
3 years+ Experience as a PA
Entertainment, production or similar background advantageous
Good communication skills
Strong organisational skills
Fun and approachable personality
Excellent IT skills
