Position: Â Phlebotomist *PART TIME*
RMA is seeking a Per Diem Southern Float Phlebotomist tojoin our growing teamand help with weekend rotation out of our Marlton, NJ and Eatontown, NJ locations.
Responsibilities:
Perform venipunctures and finger sticks
Prepare specimens
Ensure blood/specimen requirements are met at the time of collection and maintain specimen integrity
Maintain daily tallies of collections performed
Turnover draw stations in a timely manner
Strictly follow and adhere to OSHA guidelines
Ensure a high level of customer service
Requirements:
High energy, excellent interpersonal andmulti-taskingskills, and a demonstrated self-directed work ethic are required.
Completion of a Phlebotomy Program required. State certification preferred
Excellent phlebotomy skills
3 years recent phlebotomy experience in a high patient volume environment is required
EMR experience preferred
Excellent customer service, listening/interpersonal, andcommunication skillsa must
Exceptional computer skills; knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel
