Key Responsibilities:
1) Campaign & Contest Support
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of agency-level campaigns, contests, and tactical initiatives.
- Track performance metrics such as production, recruitment, and contest qualifiers.
2) Reporting & Data Analysis
- Consolidate data from various sources to support monthly, quarterly, and yearly performance reports.
- Prepare dashboards and presentation slides for management and agency leaders.
3) Operational Coordination
- Support in managing project timelines, communication with agency leaders, and logistical arrangements related to campaign rollouts and events.
- Follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met.
4) Administrative Support
- Help prepare internal memos, communication decks, and submission documents for budget or approval processes.
- Maintain updated records of contest criteria, qualifiers, and campaign timelines.
Qualification / Requirement
- Degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or other quantitative disciplines.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts) and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an added advantage.
- Experience or coursework in data analysis, forecasting, or financial modelling preferred.
- Basic understanding of insurance/takaful industry metrics (e.g., production, AFYC, CSM, recruitment, persistency) is a plus.
- Internship or work experience in data, finance, or performance management roles is beneficial.
- Willing to be hands-on in both operational and strategic tasks
