We’re looking for a

dynamic

individual to

join our team

at a Transportation Hub. As part of our

diverse

operations, which include a brokerage side, carrier dispatch, and a used car lot, we need someone focusing on receivables and administrative support.

Responsibilities:

-Receivables Management:

Initiate calls to customers for payment reminders, and follow-ups on overdue invoices, and maintain a system for efficient collections.

-Cold Calling:

Assist in generating more business leads through cold calling, contributing to increased workload for our drivers.

-System Familiarity:

Comfortable navigating Quick Books Online and other technical platforms for invoicing and dispatching tasks.

-Language

Skills:

Bilingual in Spanish and English, as

communication

in Spanish may be necessary, especially when coordinating with Spanish-speaking drivers.

Requirements:

-Proven experience in receivables management and/or cold calling.

-Familiarity with Quick Books Online.

-Strong

communication skills

in both Spanish and English.

Ability to

adapt to multiple tasks and processes in a

fast-paced environment

.

Schedule:

9 AM – 6 PM EST, initially focused on phone calls during the day, with potential

flexibility

for emails in the evening as the role evolves.
