Full Job Description

PURPOSE OF POSITION: Exceed all expectations pertaining to the day to day communication with customers and employees. This includes social media communication, phone communication, and in store communications.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Including but not limited to the following.

Understand and reinforce the Mountain Motorsports mission statement. Greatly exceed expectations. We do the unexpected, we achieve excellence through teamwork and we constantly improve.

Maintain a culture that allows staff to ask questions and expect detailed answers.

Greet each customer and employee with a level of enthusiasm so that it makes a lasting impression. Answer each call with a smile.

Assist the guests by physically directing them to their needed department.

Actively engage with each guest by making sure they are comfortable and are not in need of any items including transportation, snacks, drinks, storage of personal items and more.

Manage incoming phone traffic efficiently and relay messages as needed via trello board.

Assist the service department as needed to follow up with the customer’s vehicle status.

Ensure that all incoming mail or similar items are properly put in the Kennesaw bin for transfer.

Manage the cleanliness and level of comfort in the customer lounge.

Make sure the store is presentable to the public each morning.

Take out trash daily, check with other offices as well.

Collect information associated with customer requests and report it effectively when necessary for Warranty Cancellations and other customer related issues.

Coordinate the purchase of office supplies, event food or business related goods as needed.

Be a liaison for interdepartmental communication and accounting liaison

Maintain the logs for company vehicles and company credit cards

When there is an event or meeting at your location, procure the necessary tables, chairs, entertainment , food etc…

Help with various administration activities, filing, reports etc..

Order and pick up lunch for the team on Saturdays.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

Language Skillsto include the ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints. Ability to use computer software programs to complete daily tasks.

Reasoning Abilityto define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Making judgments in emergencies. Making decisions on facts and on judgement.

Regular Attendanceduring store hours is required to greet customers, manage incoming traffic, assist multiple departments and manage cleanliness of public areas.

Education Requirements1 to 3 years related experience and or training with documented previous performance

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Frequent standing, walking and sitting

Continuous oral communication

Continuous hearing at a conversational level

Frequent telephone and computer usage

Working under deadlines

Occasional lifting of up to 20+ lbs

Occasional pushing of up to 30+ lbs

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Occasional exposure to changes in temperature and humidity

Frequent working with and around others…
