Waialae Country Club has an opening for afull-time Receptionistat our exclusive, beachside club; Home of the Sony Open!
Job Duties:
Greets members and guests in a warm and welcoming manner
Assists members and guests with general inquiries
Answers phones, forwards calls and takes messages
Sorts incoming mail
Assists with administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
High School Diploma; or 1-3 months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education/experience.
Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
Must be able to utilize Microsoft Word and Outlook.
Must be available to work the following shifts:
Thursdays, 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
Fridays, 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM.
Saturdays, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Sundays, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Pay Rate:Starting at $20.00 per hour
