AltGen is looking for a Receptionist to join a renewable energy company based in Stellenbosch for a 6-month contract starting in May 2026.
Responsibilities
Event and Meeting Support:
- Assist with arrangements for office meetings and events, as guided by the Executive PA.
- Assisting with room booking when required.
- Serving refreshments during meetings.
Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative support to the team.
- Assist with new employee onboarding, welcoming and arrangements
- Set up office equipment for new staff, including VOIP accounts and printer access
Other Duties:
- Support the Executive Assistant with various tasks as needed.
- Handle additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- Matric or equivalent; additional Reception/Office Admin qualifications are a plus.
- Min of 3 years of proven experience as a receptionist, office administrator, or similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Be based in, or close to Stellenbosch area
