Receptionist/Administrative Assistant for Family Law Firm Jobs in Clearwater, FL at Emerson Law PA
We are a small manufacturing company based in Richmond, VA looking for an experienced Accounts & Customer Service Coordinator to join our team.
Duties
Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals, taking accurate messages as needed.
Greet office visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment.
Provide administrative support to the team, handling various tasks as required.
Prepare and issue quotations for spare part orders to customers.
Process customer purchase orders converting them into sales orders and invoices.
Receive, review, and process vendor invoices for payment.
Maintains accounts payable files, including the organization of files.
Manage office and kitchen supply inventory, placing orders as necessary.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and team members.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with strong attention to detail.
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Google Office Suite, and Windows-based applications.
