About the Job:
We are looking for a proactive and technically driven Sales Engineer to identify market
opportunities and create demand for our engineering solutions. In this role, you will act as both a
technical and commercial partner to clients, supporting project development through site visits,
technical presentations, and stakeholder engagement. You will work closely with the Sales
Manager team to gather market intelligence and support regional growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify potential customers and develop demand through regular site visits and technical
presentations
• Act as a technical partner to clients during project development, trials, and product qualification
stages
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and relevant local
authorities to ensure product specification
• Gather and share market intelligence on projects, competitors, and industry trends with Sales
and Marketing teams
• Support the Sales Manager and Sales Operations Manager in daily sales activities and
onboarding of new team members
• Ensure all activities comply with quality management systems and health, safety, and
compliance standards
• Support data collection and research for sales forecasting and regional performance reporting
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred).
• 5–7 years’ experience in sales, preferably in Power & Energy sector.
• Strong technical knowledge of MV/LV products and customer service applications.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
