Sales Support Specialist:
We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to
join our team
in Edmonton!
You will
be responsible for assisting sales organization in providing technical and administrative product information.
You will
prepare the distribution of accounts to the Sales Representatives and updates the automated tracking system, such as ERP.

I Â I YOUR CHALLENGE:
Work closely with Sales Representatives and Inside Sales team members to provide required customer documentation
Collaborate with the Sales team to understand their operational needs and help achieve their goals
Create and manage sales documentation and knowledge library
Assist with order entry and processing shop orders within Dynamics NAV (ERP)
Maintain quote documentation with accurate pricing and configurations
Support the sales team in moving the sales funnel by providing administrative assistance, including data entry, preparing sales materials, and generating reports
WHAT YOU BRING:
HS Diploma, College Diploma or an equivalent combination of
education
and experience3+ years of experience in a similar role Strong
problem solving
abilities and the capability to make informed decisions under pressure
Ability to
work effectively as part of a team as well as independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
Sales support or customer service experience is essential
