Job Description / Responsibility

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute official corporate events, showroom inaugurations, product launches, and promotional activities.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize showroom rental costs and support lease negotiations, relocations, or space utilization initiatives.
  • Coordinate showroom renovation, remodeling, and fit-out projects while ensuring timely completion within approved budgets.
  • Oversee regular maintenance of showrooms and to ensure a safe, functional, and customer-friendly environment.
  • Prepare showroom and office layouts, floor plans, and planograms using AutoCAD to optimize space utilization and product placement.
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising standards to enhance brand image, customer experience, and sales performance.
  • Conduct periodic showroom audits to ensure compliance with visual merchandising guidelines and operational standards.
  • Manage day-to-day showroom administrative activities, including asset management, inventory coordination, housekeeping, and operational support.
  • Process and monitor showroom-related utility bills, rent, maintenance expenses, and vendor invoices, ensuring timely payment and proper documentation.
  • Coordinate with landlords, contractors, vendors, and internal departments to ensure uninterrupted showroom operations.
  • Prepare reports on showroom maintenance, operational expenses, project progress, and merchandising activities for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures across all showroom locations.
  • Support new showroom setup, relocation, expansion, and closure activities as required.
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvements and cost optimization to enhance overall showroom efficiency.
  • Perform any other merchandising and operational administration responsibilities assigned by management.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS)
  • Bachelor`s Degree in Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Certification in AutoCAD, Visual Merchandising, or Project Management will be considered an added advantage.
  • Skills Required: MS Office, AutoCAD, Event/ Campaign Coordination, Communication and interpersonal skill, Negotiation Skill, Problem-solving skills.

Experience Requirements

  • At least 3 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry),Retail Store, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Lamps

Additional Requirements

  • Experience in showroom planning, renovation, visual merchandising, and facility coordination.
  • Prior experience in the retail, electronics, furniture, or FMCG industry will be preferred.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong knowledge of visual merchandising principles, space planning, and showroom layout design.
  • Experience in coordinating renovation, maintenance, and vendor management activities.
  • Good understanding of facilities management, billing processes, and operational administration.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and project coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel to showroom and branch locations as required.
