Who We're Looking For

We have an exciting opportunity for a Site Administrator to join the Multiplex team, supporting a major live healthcare redevelopment project located in Perth's inner-western suburbs. Based in the Project Office, the Site Administrator will provide reception and administrative support to the project team, ensuring the smooth running and efficient management of onsite office systems and processes.

The role involves raising purchase orders, processing invoices, credit card reconciliation, and entering expenses. Additionally, you will be responsible for scheduling meetings and appointments, organising catering, ensuring stationery and office supplies are well-stocked, managing PPE, and coordinating events or social functions. Other duties include reporting, preparing presentations, and handling ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a proactive mindset, and possesses a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate will be skilled at negotiating and influencing, with a focus on building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Familiarity with construction projects or similar is advantageous, but not essential. Strong MS Office skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to think on your feet and manage multiple tasks efficiently are a must.

We welcome applications from people of all genders, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, culturally diverse communities, LGBTQIA+ communities, people with disability, and veterans.

You don't need to meet every requirement to be considered so if this role sparks your interest and you want to help build a better future, we'd like to hear from you. We're committed to a barrier-free recruitment experience. If you need any adjustments, simply let our Talent Acquisition team know.
