Full /part Time Position :Sales & Customer Service Associate
As our new Customer Service Representative you will be the voice and face of our massage studio . We desire a winning attitude and a professional appearance and ready to work in this fast paced, but relaxing environment . While we prefer someone with experience, candidates with great potential will also be considered. To be a success in this position you will need to be reliable, professional, likable and care for clients needs. Help clients feel comfortable while visiting our studio to receive a massage or spa service. At Everybody Massage we are a family, and we treat each employee as such.
Compensation
Hourly wage depending on relevant experience.
Job Responsibilities/ Requirements
Understand and follow Cashier/And spa bookings and procedures.
Perform clerical duties such as typing, data entry, filing, photocopying, faxing, and make outbound calls reminder calls. Make sure tickets are prepaid and closed.
Receive clients and give intake forms.
Direct clients to relaxing room and refer clients to appropriate therapist and give status in appointment. Be neat and clean in work area.
Diffuse client concerns and direct them to the appropriate team member for assistance
Receive and account for all incoming money for services rendered from all departments (i.e. credit card transactions, cash, checks, etc.) and balance.
Sales superstars who aren’t afraid to take the lead in connecting clients to memberships, services, and retail products to support the mission of total body care.
Hours
Experience
High School diploma or GED; 6 months to 1 year Customer Service experience a plus, not required; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office; basic cash handling knowledge. Candidates with an equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.

Some standard lifting will be required, up to and including 10 lbs.
Able to maintain a clean work area and help w restocking spa supplies. Laundry , clean and maintain spa equipment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 – $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
