Pay Considerations–The salary range for the position is $57,246.53 – $90,885.17. Starting salary is dependent on education, qualifications, and experience.

Work Schedule– This position is scheduled to work 4 days per week, 9 hours per day, (36 hour work week) Monday through Thursday, 8:00am to 6:00pm.

THE ROLE
Performs a broad range of highly responsible, complex and confidential administrative support and higher-level clerical coordination duties for the Department Director. Handles confidential and/or sensitive information requiring use of significant discretion. Responsibilities involve a high degree of planning and coordination activities and may include facilitating administrative processes by serving as a team leader on delegated administrative support matters. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience

Associate’s degree in business communication, communications or a field related to a function of municipal government. Bachelor’s degree preferred; and
