Overview
This position is limited to 129 hours per month. This position supports the Michigan Office of Administrative Hearings and Rules (MOAHR) by performing a variety of administrative support duties. This is an entry‑level student assistant role and involves work performed under close supervision. This is an ongoing student position that will continue through the summer and likely the school year, with employment possible as long as the student remains enrolled in school, successfully completes at least 6 credit hours each semester, consistently meets performance expectations, and there is a continued business need for the position.
The role requires 29 hours per week during MOAHR’s standard operating hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The duties follow a hybrid schedule, performed both remotely and in the office.

- Perform a variety of administrative support duties as directed and under close supervision.
Qualifications
- Education
- Current enrollment in a vocational or technical school, or post‑secondary educational institution. Enrollment must be at least 6 credit hours per semester/term (excluding summers) and continuously enrolled while earning the required credits.
- Experience
- No specific type or amount of experience required.

- Please submit proof of enrollment, which may include unofficial transcripts, an acceptance letter from the college/university (for the upcoming semester/term), a copy of the current semester/term schedule, or a receipt of tuition payment showing a balance of $0.00. Documents must include the student’s name, college/university name, list of current courses/credits enrolled in, and courses/credits completed (if applicable). Failure to attach proof of enrollment may result in being screened out of the process.
