Job Title: Studio Operations & Client Experience Coordinator

We're a values-driven company looking for a trustworthy, highly organized team member to be the operational backbone of our business. You'll be the first voice clients hear and the last detail that gets checked before anything goes out the door. Integrity is non-negotiable here — you'll have access to sensitive client accounts and company systems. We need someone who does the right thing even when no one is watching.

Key Results Areas (What Winning Looks Like)

  • Client Relations — Phones answered promptly, clients feel cared for, follow-ups happen without reminders
  • Scheduling — Calendar is clean, conflicts caught early, team is never surprised by a meeting
  • Proposals — Written accurately and issued on time, every time
  • Financials — Invoices processed correctly in QuickBooks, zero billing errors
  • Permitting & Submittals — Deadlines tracked, submissions made on time, payments processed without delay, clients kept informed of permit status
  • Office Operations — Orders placed, files organized, printing and mailing handled without gaps

Must-Have Qualifications

  • QuickBooks proficiency
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office and Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign
  • Experience with Teamwork or similar project management software
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive, self-starter mindset
  • Demonstrated history of honesty and accountability — references will be checked thoroughly
  • Valid driver's license

·        Experience working in an architecture, engineering, or design office, or a related construction field, is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $48,000 – $54,000 based on experience (Total compensation package valued at $60,000+)
  • Employer-sponsored health insurance

  • Two office locations: Sanibel Island and Fort Myers
