Are you passionate about technology and delivering exceptional system support? We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Systems Analyst to join our team and play a key role in supporting the organisation’s critical business applications and digital platforms.
In this role, you will monitor and maintain enterprise systems including ERP, ERM, CRM, data platforms, and content management systems, ensuring they remain reliable, secure, and performant. You will provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support, troubleshoot application and integration issues, assist with system testing and upgrades, and work closely with business users, technical teams, and external vendors to deliver effective solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The core functions of the position are as follows but not limited to:
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for corporate systems, troubleshooting and resolving incidents, escalating complex issues as required, and ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and stability, proactively identifying and addressing issues to maintain reliable and uninterrupted service delivery.
- Manage incidents and service requests through effective ticket management, prioritization, stakeholder communication, and resolution within agreed service levels
- Support and maintain corporate applications, including user administration, access management, integrations, and application functionality to ensure optimal system performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors while maintaining documentation, supporting testing and deployment activities, developing knowledge resources, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
ESSENTIAL COMPETENCIES AND EXPERIENCE
- Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Alternative Qualifications: An Associate Degree or technical diploma in IT may be accepted if complemented by relevant certifications or hands-on experience.
- Relevant Work Experience (Preferred): Internships in helpdesk or technical support roles.
- Academic Projects or Practical: Completion of projects or coursework related to network troubleshooting, database management, application support and basic programming or scripting.
- Exposure to Banking or Financial Systems (Preferred): Experience working with or understanding banking applications, core banking systems, payment gateways, or ATMs. Knowledge of compliance requirements in banking, such as PCI DSS, is advantageous.
- Soft Skills: Customer service experience, team collaboration and technical troubleshooting
