What You'll Be Doing
Reporting into the Chief of Staff, you will provide essential administration and coordination support across the executive leadership team during a period of increased activity. This is a role where the detail matters, the follow through is everything, and your ability to keep things moving will be noticed. Day to day you can expect to be across:
- Governance administration and preparation of executive papers and materials
- Tracking and following up on action items across the leadership team
- Meeting coordination, scheduling, and logistics support
- Formatting, document preparation, and data cleansing
- Supporting all central events and leadership offsites
- General administration across a busy and senior team environment
What We're Looking For
You will be someone who takes genuine pride in the detail. Organised, dependable, and highly communicative, you know how to keep priorities moving without being asked twice. You are comfortable in a corporate environment, confident with governance processes, and bring a calm and credible presence to everything you do. A background in executive support, board secretariat, risk, compliance, or a similarly structured corporate environment will be well regarded. What matters most is that you are wired for responsibility, earn trust quickly, and genuinely enjoy the operational side of keeping a high functioning team on track.
