Join our team as a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper for a temporary assignment starting May 7th. This on-site role focuses on accounts payable and basic data entry tasks.
This is a 3-week assignment ideal for candidates with bookkeeping or accounts payable experience. You will receive one week of training and will be expected to support a busy team by following established processes. You will report directly to the Controller and collaborate with various departments as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with accounts payable processes and data entry
• Follow established bookkeeping procedures diligently
• Report directly to the Controller for task updates
• Work closely with other departments for coordination
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
Requirements:
• Previous bookkeeping or accounts payable experience
• Familiarity with Quick Books Desktop is preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Effective communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and follow processes
