We are seeking a highly organized and creative Corporate Administrative Assistant to
join our team
on a part-time, flexible basis. The ideal candidate will be skilled in PowerPoint, graphic design, and marketing to support our business operations and branding efforts.
Responsibilities:
– Assist with administrative tasks, scheduling, and correspondence
– Create and edit PowerPoint presentations with a professional and engaging design
– Develop marketing materials, including brochures, social media graphics, and promotional content
– Support branding initiatives and maintain consistency across all marketing materials
– Conduct market research and assist with marketing campaigns
– Provide general support to the executive team as needed
Qualifications:
– Proven experience in administrative support or a similar role
– Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.), and marketing strategies
– Strong
attention to detail
and ability to multitask
– Excellent written and verbal
communication skills
– Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
– Experience in corporate environments is a plus
