In this role, your responsibilities will be:
• Enters and registers contracts with partners and authorities in Samsung records;
• Prepares reports requested by superiors;
• Responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the prepared documents;
• General support for the Customer Service department
• Periodically reports on the results obtained versus objectives, analyses and gives recommendations on future actions;
• Responsible for the knowledge and correct application of all procedures and internal work rules;

For this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification – business or marketing field is considered an advantage;

- Problem solving mindset and analytical skills: you can execute with excellence on the most important things. You’re able to identify new opportunities and overcome barriers;
- Strive for customer satisfaction;
- Excel knowledge & a knack for database administration;
- Word and Power Point geekiness;
- Project management knowledge could be a plus.
