We are currently seeking a Transport Driver to join our team. As a Transport Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting passengers to their destinations. Responsibilities:
– Safely operate a variety of vehicles including buses, vans, and limousines
– Transport passengers to their designated locations in a timely manner
– Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
– Maintain a clean and organized vehicle
– Communicate effectively with passengers, providing assistance and answering any questions they may have
– Follow established routes and schedules
– Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle
– Report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate personnel
– Provide excellent customer service at all times
Skills:
– Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
– Experience in school bus driving, paratransit, or commercial driving is preferred
– Excellent communication skills to interact with passengers in a professional and courteous manner
– Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations
– Strong attention to detail to ensure passenger safety and satisfaction
– Knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations
– Ability to navigate using GPS or maps
– Physical stamina to sit for long periods of time and perform vehicle inspections
