Full Job Description
Job Description:The Associate Account Manager will support the sales team with client projects. This person is a self-starter with strong drive to work hard and excel. This individual will also be responsible for managing and establishing strong relationships with 81Eighty customers and internal team. The Associate Account Manager reports directly to the Senior Account Manager.
Associate Account Manager Responsibilities:
Partner with AM’s on projects and support overflow of custom requests delegated by the Senior Account Manager
Assist with weekly sales analytics
Partner with AM’s on call and in person meetings
Support Account Manager with managing basics business needs for division
Point-of-contact between client and 81Eighty team, delivering a high-level of customer service to ensure ultimate customer satisfaction
Provide direction and lead collaborative strategy with sourcing specialist and production coordinator on product offerings and client requests
Ensure accurate and timely execution of projects from initial request to delivery of products with 81Eighty team
Achieve annual or project-based revenue goals while hitting profit margins
Qualifications:
2-4 years of sales experience in branded merchandise or ASI sales
Project management skill, ability to multitask and prioritize.
Positive team player with a can-do attitude
Strong problem-solving skills
Clear and effective written and verbal communicator
Proven ability to create strong client partnerships.
Excellent customer service to both internal and external clients, organized and detail oriented.
Self-starter, driven individual who thrives in client-facing sales positions
Ability to work non-traditional hours (nights, weekends and holidays as necessary)
