Job Description
As a valued colleague on our team, you will provide support to three Vice Presidents on the Enterprise Financial Planning & Analysis (Enterprise FP&A) team by, managing calendars and appointments, coordinating logistics for in-person meetings, making travel arrangements, completing expense reports, and providing other administrative tasks as needed. This role will report to the Chief of Staff for the Enterprise FP&A team.
THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE
The Executive Administrative Assistant role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
· Manage and prioritize the day-to-day calendar of the Enterprise FP&A Vice Presidents, as well provide support to Chief of Staff and larger team overall.
· Coordinate meeting logistics including material distribution, conference room reservation, food and beverage arrangements, and technology set up as needed.
· Coordinate travel arrangements, process related expense reports as well as prepare and distribute schedules/agendas for travel.
· Act as central point of contact on administrative matters.
· Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Required Experiences
· 3+ years experience supporting leadership in an administrative capacity.
Desired Experiences
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
· Experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously in an administrative capacity
Skills
· Skilled in scheduling and calendar management.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, OneNote, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
· Strong verbal communication skills.
· Strong sense of initiative and drive to solve problems.
· Ability to manage a variety of activities and deadlines and strong organizational skills.
· Strong interpersonal and customer service orientation.
· Ability to work with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal.
· Proficiency with Concur or other expense reporting systems.
