The Opportunity.
Smart & Biggar is currently looking for Administrative Clerks to join and support our various teams with day-to-day workflow.
This is a great entry-level opportunity for recent graduates or individuals interested in launching a career in professional services.
Responsibilities.
- Review formal correspondences and prepare client reporting letters
- Invoice clients and prepare payment submissions
- Process incoming emails
- Manage due dates and client data in our file system
- Communicate with lawyers, agents, and support staff
- Handle sensitive client information securely
- Other duties may be assigned or amended as required
Qualifications, competencies and experience.
- One year of administrative or office experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English
- A great team player with excellent attention to detail
- A strong ability to prioritize a large workload
- Highly organized and proactive
- High proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software and technology quickly
