MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE

To provide Customer Experience, Brand & Communications (CEBC) teams comprehensive administrative support in daily operations and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Manages calendars, prepare and organise documents and reports for meetings, presentations and as needed.

Collaborates closely with CEBC teams and be the first point of contact for internal and external communications to manage inquiries and correspondence efficiently.

Assists in coordination of CEBC projects and initiatives, ensuring timelines are achieved while tracking projects progress and updating relevant stakeholders.

Conducts research on industry trends, competitors, and marketing strategies to support teams in decision making.

Reviews and analyses data for reports and presentations to eliminate errors and enhance overall quality.

Develops and maintains positive relationships with internal teams and external partners while facilitating communications.

Provides support with special projects, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and align with overall objectives.

Assists in budget tracking, expenses reporting and invoice processing as needed while maintaining financial records and ensuring compliance with the airline policies.

Facilitates collaboration among the teams by maintaining clear channels for information sharing ensuring alignment on goals and projects.

Identifies and implements process improvements to increase overall productivity within the team.

Qualifications

High School Diploma

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management (or equivalent) is preferred

Fluent in English

Experience in administrative or coordinator role Strong organisation and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively would be an advantage

Isr Requirements

Reads and complies with the ISR policies of the Company and diligently reports any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. Completes all required ISR awareness sessions and follows associated guidelines in the day-to-day business operations.
