Schedule: Monday- Friday (07:00 AM – 04:00 PM PHT)
What are we looking for?
Skills Required: – Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in data entry, record checking, or database management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
- Ability to review, validate, and compare large sets of data
- Good written communication skills (email coordination)
Nice to Have: – Experience in the hotel or hospitality industry (local or international)
- Familiarity with CRM systems or booking platforms (e.g., Opera, Salesforce)
- Background in sales support or lead generation
- Experience in data research or company profiling
- Knowledge of data cleansing or validation processes
What will you do? – Review and analyze documents, records, and datasets for completeness
- Compare and validate information against existing databases and systems
- Check and verify if client or company records already exist
- Identify missing details and conduct research to complete records
- Update and maintain accurate data in CRM or internal systems
- Prepare and send professional email communications to clients when needed
- Convert validated client information into the system/database
- Perform general administrative and backend support tasks to ensure data accuracy
